Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of wine, Thatcher's Wine only accepts returns for bottles that are corked, damaged in transit, or shipped in error. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective bottle to initiate a claim.
Verification Review
Our sommeliers will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label or authorize a replacement.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the bottle in its original specialized wine shipping container to prevent further breakage during its return journey.
Refund Processing
Once the return is received at our cellar, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle.
